I do not recommend these apartments. With the exception of 1 person, I did not think the staff is friendly over the phone (they sometimes are in person). It is a smoking apartment complex, so don’t expect to enjoy your balcony if there’s a heavy smoker living below you, and don’t bother talking to the staff about the smoke causing issues; the staff will just remind you it is a smoking community. In my opinion, service requests took long to be fulfilled; for example, it took approximately 3 days for the staff to fix the fire alarm and stop it from chirping (tenants are not supposed to touch them). There’s a noise ordinance that’s not well enforced, unless you have to wake up at 5 am to go to work. You’d better tip-toe, otherwise you will be getting a call. I constantly saw dog poop all over the grounds because it appears no one picks up after their pets, but it doesn’t matter, because it seemed like it took the staff too long to clean up the poo bins. In closing, I don’t believe apartments are as luxurious as they are marketed to be, and I feel they are not worth the amount of money you’re going to shell out in rent and closing fees. I would recommend saving yourself some money and paying less for non “luxury” apartments.
