Both my sister and I made an appointment for both gel manicure & pedicures. 2 1/2 hours later, both of us we're leaving with horribly done manicures. My sisters was bad enough for the manager to give her a full refund. She blamed mine on glitter polish. That's when we noticed I was charged $5 more for my manicure, when I asked why there was an extra charge? The manger told me they CHARGE $5 to soak off your previous manicure. I have been getting gel manicures for 7 years and I have NEVER been charged for soaking the old polish off. This is just a shady charge from an already overpriced salon.
