1 Rip- off , if you want to get away and receive cancellation phone call, or for what ever reason need to cancel a vacation because you just couldn't make it, or you already have a time share with RCI , call VACATION PLAY they will take your money and will not tell you that theirs NO REFUND if you can't make or need to cancel, or you already an owner with the same company, please call because Sheila who doesn't have a last name who is a manger who don't have an employee id number will answer , and talk like an idiot on the phone to you because THERE"S NO REFUND!!!!! book a hotel leave these timeshare crap alone PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY RIP OFF
