At first I really thought she cared about me and was real personal. Then I realized she liked to talk more than listen. She told me she was going to call in a prescription for me and I went to pick it up the next day and their wasn't one. I called the office and they asked her about it because it wasn't in my chart and she had no idea. They called me back to ask what it was for. I should have quit then but I didn't. She had taken me out of work due to medical problems and then when my FMLA was about to expire she wouldn't send in a piece of paper to extend it. I got her to release me to full duty even though I wasn't ready just to save my job of 18 years. I worked 4 days and realized I can't do it. I have 2 herniated discs along with a bunch of other issues and can't lift 70 pounds or do the manual labor I had done before. I was super to let her know if I couldn't handle it so I did. She refuses to fill out the piece of paper for me again. She wants to fill out the whole packet or nothing. They refused to listen to the phone call with FMLA with me telling them that we can't do a new packet. I will never understand why she wouldn't just fax 1 piece of paper. I'm just sitting here waiting to lose my job of 18 years because of something so petty that I will never understand. I used to love to see her and now I wonder how I misjudged someone so bad. I will pray for you Sheryl Vickery. My well being was in your hands. I trusted you knew what was right.
