Got signed up for my free trial session at this location. Although I have worked out in the past, I have never done any type of exercise class; partially because I was intimidated by the unknown and didn’t want to be the guy not knowing what they were doing with a whole bunch of experts who had taken the classes before.

This was absolutely not the case at Orange Theory. They had me arrive a little early so they could show me the exercises they were doing, and they periodically checked on me to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire class.

The class was high energy, and fast-paced, which made the hour fly by. There was a wide variety of people working out with different skill sets and athletic abilities, but everyone moved at their own pace which they were comfortable with. There is never a feeling of being judged, and to the contrary, everybody encourages each other with high fives or inspirational “great job” pushes

I enjoyed it so much, I ended up signing up! Can’t wait to see my results!
