USTA Junior Tournament hosted by Top Tennis Academy and Cherokee Tennis Center is what I am reviewing here. Anyone who signs up for them must understand that the Tournament Directors and Referees allow disruptive bystanders/audiences to loiter around the perimeter of the court. They say that it is completely permissible per USTA rule. If you think that is okay for your player/s, then sign up to their tournaments. If you think that is not permissible, distracting to the player (especially if they're focusing on their serves), and not something you are used to in all 99.99% of other tournaments where they prohibit this, then reconsider signing up for their tournaments listed as "CTC and TOP Tennis Academy held in Woodstock, GA. They also allow Noises, Disturbances, and everything else under the sun that no other tournament officials (USTA certified Referees, coaches and directors) would ever ever allow in other tournaments.
