Bell Woodstock at 3360 Trickum Road, Woodstock, Georgia.

My boyfriend and I moved back in December to Bell Woodstock. Teri was very helpful from the beginning trying to make our move as smooth as possible. After taking our tour we fell inlove with the place and all the new renovations. Unfortunately about a month or two later is when the problems started. Things started falling apart left and right. When trying to open our sliding door to our "balcony" the wooden handle fell right off(the screws were loose), many cracks in the bathroom boards were discovered (which Teri did take the time to send someone to get it caulked), but the absolute worst problem is the roach infestation. We have been having to kill almost 4-5 roaches every other day since late Feb/ early March. They sent pest control, which although you pay for it every month you have to tell them to come every week to your apartment, but that hasn't done anything. My boyfriend had the rude awakening of having a roach fall on his face while sleeping. I also had this problem when I went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and one fell on me from the ceiling as well. I have even gone so far to send pictures of the dead roaches to the staff in hopes something would change. I am giving one star because at the end of the day it is a very beautiful place from the outside, but the customer service and roaches are just ridiculous, especially for the amount of rent you're paying every month.
