I was trying to exchange a Christmas present given to me. Unless I know the givers zip code I could not even make an even exchange. I did not like the jeans, I tried to explain this to Rachel but she said no matter she could not do anything unless I had the givers zip code. I did not want to hurt my relatives feelings so now I am stuck with a pair of jeans that will go to Goodwill. it's ridiculous that I could not exchange them for a pair without rips. I will not visit White House Black Market again. Rachel was very very rude.
